We offer physical gift cards, but not e-gift cards. If you'd like to give one as a gift but are unable to come to the store and can do an e-transfer, please send us an email.

Unfortunately, we don't make custom cakes. However, we may be able to create them for special occasions, such as weddings, baby showers, or events. Please send us an email for more details.

Our gluten-free options are limited to macarons. For vegan options, we offer veggie sandwiches, and all our bread is vegan.

In general, we do not deliver any items except for special event cakes. For other items, you can order pastries through Uber Eats.

If you missed placing your order, please come to the store. Walk-ins are the only option available.(Please note that large cake options will be limited for walk-ins.) Normally, we DO NOT accept pre-orders over the phone. We recommend organizing your schedule and placing an order in advance. We put a lot of effort into making each cake.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
