Missed placing your orders?If you missed placing your order, please come to the store. Walk-ins are the only option available.(Please note that large cake options will be limited for walk-ins.) Normally, we DO NOT accept pre-orders over the phone. We recommend organizing your schedule and placing an order in advance. We put a lot of effort into making each cake.

Do we have Gift cards?We offer physical gift cards, but not e-gift cards. If you'd like to give one as a gift but are unable to come to the store and can do an e-transfer, please send us an email.

Can we keep aside the items?Unfortunately, we cannot reserve your order, as we do not accept pre-orders over the phone. We highly recommend placing an order in advance.

Custom cakesUnfortunately, we don't make custom cakes. However, we may be able to create them for special occasions, such as weddings, baby showers, or events. Please send us an email for more details.

Deliver serviceIn general, we do not deliver any items except for special event cakes. For other items, you can order pastries through Uber Eats.

Gluten free or Vegan option?Our gluten-free options are limited to macarons. For vegan options, we offer veggie sandwiches, and all our bread is vegan.
